The area has developed a lot in the past decade but basic things like roads and streetlights are not being taken into consideration. Internal lanes are unsafe to walk alone at evening due to lack of lighting. Roads are also underdeveloped with potholes and patches

Rental properties are very nice here. Affordable and spacious. Air quality is good, area is green, but it's a bit away from Central Pune. It's fine for temporary stays.

I feel the area offers great value but not for everyone. It depends on your goals. If you're looking for quick returns, this will disappoint you. I bought a land here 10 years ago and built a property. The rental income isn't great but good for a side income hussle.

Mangadewadi is village having less connectivity. It is a green, peaceful and safe area. All necessary aminities are avaliable nearby.

This area is located on outskirts of Pune city and it is calmer and quiter compared to city traffic and sound. Residents rely on buses to commute to other areas because metro station is 12 km away from here.

Kolewadi is a calm area with low property prices and regular rental demand. It is good for long-term investment, but roads and connectivity still need improvement.
