We are happy living in Kolwadi. The area is safe, calm and connectivity is also good. The only negative aspect is that the locality faces severe waterlogging issues during heavy rain.

I rented a home in Kolwadi due to its affordability and calm surroundings and loved the area. It’s a great place if you work remotely, but daily travel to Pune city can be tiring as public transport is not that great here. If you opt for Ola, Uber, be ready to be poor soon. They charge a lot.

I have invested in a land in Kolwadi and it seems I will be getting a good ROI in the future. The locality is good but people lack civic sense here. They dumb garbage wherever they want and no one is there to address the issue. I have raised a complaint about it so I hope things will get better.

सर्वात मोठे आकर्षण म्हणजे येथील शांत आणि निवांत वातावरण. कोळवाडी हे तुलनेने प्रदूषणमुक्त आहे, मोकळ्या जागा आणि शेतजमिनींनी वेढलेले आहे, ज्यामुळे शहरी तणावातून मुक्तता हवी असलेल्यांना ते खूप आवडते. हे हवेली तालुक्याचा भाग आहे. हे थेऊर-केसनंद रोड आणि प्रस्तावित बाह्य/आंतरिक रिंग रोडने जोडलेले आहे. हडपसर आणि वाघोलीच्या जवळ आहे.

Kolwadi feels like a calm area. Travelling towards Hadapsar and Pune city is manageable by bus. I like the open surroundings and greenery here. Small local shops take care of daily needs. Rent is affordable.

I live in Kolwadi mainly because my office is nearby. The locality is still developing. For bigger shopping, I travel towards Hadapsar. Roads are improving slowly. The area stays peaceful and less crowded.
