Its on Ahilyanagar road in Maharashtra. Always you will see traffic jams in the Wagholi circle. There are dental colleges & engineering colleges nearby.

Being a homeowner here, I see Wagholi becoming the next big residential zone. Schools, clinics, and shopping options have improved drastically.

Being a tenant here, I enjoy the open spaces and newer buildings. However, water supply issues still pop up during peak summer.

As an investor, I’m happy with the price-to-rent ratio in Wagholi. Maintenance is low, and tenant turnover is manageable.

As a tenant, I enjoy the peaceful vibe of Wagholi. My 2BHK society has great amenities, and the rent is much lower than Kharadi.
