I took a place near Mulkhed because rent was more sensible than the main IT pockets. Roads are mostly fine, but at night it feels a bit quiet. For daily things, you end up going towards bigger areas for groceries and eating out. The best part is the fresh air and less noise.

If you want to enjoy a quieter place after a hectic day, Mulkhed is perfect. The surroundings are greener and the air feels better than inside the city. Neighbours are simple and helpful, and nights are generally peaceful.

Mulkhed is okay, but it’s not for people who want everything nearby. Public transport is limited and you can’t depend on frequent options. I had to arrange my own commute.

The area is clean and open compared to city areas, so that part is nice. But if you like going to cafes, gyms, or want quick deliveries, it can feel slow. I’d say it suits people who don’t mind travel for basics.

Mulkhed has potential, but it’s not a ready market for real estate. Tenants show concern about daily commute and nearby conveniences. Appreciation can come with better roads and more local infrastructure.

हिंजवडी आयटी पार्क आणि पीएमआरडीए रिंग रोडच्या जवळ असल्यामुळे येथे जमिनीचे भाव वेगाने वाढत आहेत. सार्वजनिक वाहतूक व्यवस्थेत अजून सुधारणेची गरज, मोठी रुग्णालये आणि शाळांसाठी ५-७ किमी प्रवास करावा लागू शकतो.

जर तुम्हाला पुण्याच्या गर्दीपासून दूर, फार्महाऊस किंवा शांत घरासाठी जागा हवी असेल, तर मुळखेड नक्कीच विचारात घ्यावे. मुळशी धरणाचा परिसर जवळ असल्याने येथील हवामान वर्षभर आल्हाददायक असते. जरी सध्या इथे मोठ्या मॉल्सची कमतरता असली, तरी मूलभूत सोयी आणि निसर्गाचा सहवास यामुळे हे ठिकाण वीकेंड होमसाठी किंवा निवांत राहण्यासाठी अतिशय उत्तम आहे
