Traveling to Pune city hubs takes over an hour from this rural side. State transport buses are available but frequency is so so. The main approach roads get heavily dusty due to moving trucks.

House rents are very cheap here, you get big open spaces for less money. Basic grocery shops and small provision stores have daily items. Only issue is frequent power cuts in afternoons.

The roads are completely broken with huge potholes, making evening walks very risky. Streetlights don't work in most inner lanes... total dark after 7 PM. Not comfortable for elders.

Local primary schools and small clinics are within walking distance, so no long travel needed. The area is quiet and safe for kids to play inside the village colony lanes.

I visit this place for meeting relatives. The approach roads are very bumpy and full of dirt tracks. Finding a proper public transport option after dark is quite difficult here.

Land value is affordable and demand is growing slowly for small plots. Basic electricity supply is improving. Good long term potential for investment fields or warehouse spaces.

The lack of proper public drainage is the biggest issue here. Roads turn into muddy swamps even after a small rain shower. Public garbage disposal is completely unmanaged on street corners.
