Markets and malls are close by and area is generally good and budget friendly too. But there's not enough food options nearby in terms of cafes and big restaurants

We live close to the spine city mall and the area is very noisy and crowded especially in evenings. Good part is the security in residential societies and constant patrolling from local police.

The area has weak public transport facilities. no metro connectivity so i rely mostly on buses which are not frequent and always crowded. But rent is much lower than other parts of Pune

The highway connectivity and proximity to MIDC is major plus for the long term growth. If public transport improves, it will be a great investment option or even buy to rent option
