We moved into Korattur two years ago. What I really liked is the peaceful streets and friendly neighbours. It’s not too crowded like other parts of Chennai. There are local shops and eateries nearby.

Korattur is a quiet residential area, perfect for families who want a peaceful environment. The roads are decent, and there are local markets, small shops, and medical stores nearby. Public transport is available, though it can get crowded during rush hours.

I’ve invested in Korattur because it offers great potential for long-term growth. The area is still affordable, but the local infrastructure is improving, which should drive prices up. There are good schools and medical facilities nearby, which is always a plus. The only downside is the lack of a metro station in the immediate vicinity.

Living in Korattur has been quite comfortable. It’s an older, established area, so most buildings are well-built. There are some good local eateries, and the neighborhood is safe.

My house here stays rented out regularly. The locality is in demand because of nearby IT parks and industrial areas. There's a good number of schools and medical shops around.

Korattur is a well-connected, up‑and‑growing residential neighborhood with good amenities, green spaces, and solid transport links.

It’s a calm and peaceful area with good basic services, but flooding and potholes can be an issue. For owners and investors, the area has good long-term area, though problems like lake pollution and poor drainage should be kept in mind.

This area has lots of shopping destination to explore and property prices are higher compared to other sub-localities areas. Investing in this area is a great choice for all.

The property prices are increasing because it has metro, bus, and train access from this area. The property values are keep on increasing due to its developing locality.

There are museum, restaurants, shopping places to explore from here. With easy connectivity via metro, buses and train commuting is easy to explore from this area.
