Great place to own a home if you value peace over convenience. It's not for everyone, but if you plan to stay long-term, you’ll like it here.

Its peaceful and scenic, but own vehicle is needed, as buses aren’t regular and autos charge extra.

It is close tothe Bangalore -Chennai Highway, but not much rental demand yet. Investment is more long-term than short-term gain.

Settled here three years ago. Property was cheap back then. Love the greenery and open skies. Still waiting for consistent water supply and better internal road conditions.

The area is clam near the lake area. But daily needs like ATMs and pharmacies aren’t always within walking distance.

I live in Chembarambakkam and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The area feels calm and green, especially near Chembarambakkam Lake. I travel towards Poonamallee for work, and buses are available. Local shops help with daily groceries.

I stay in Chembarambakkam mainly because my office is nearby. The area is still developing, so facilities are limited. For shopping and restaurants, I go to Poonamallee. Roads are decent, but public transport is not very frequent.
