I love how Vadapalani has good connectivity to major areas like T Nagar, Guindy, and IT corridor. Being a property owner here, I feel the prices are rising steadily due to increasing demand which can make it less affordable for many people.

The proximity to railway station makes it easy for me as I constantly need to travel for my business.

offers basic amenities but some parts of the locality are still underdeveloped in terms of proper infrastructure. There is a lack of open spaces which makes the area a bit crowded.

The area is quite vibrant with cinemas, shopping malls, restaurents, and cafes. it's perfect for college students and young professionals.

I have lived in Vadapalani for a couple of years now and I feel very safe here. It's a quiet residential area and the presence of police nearby makes it secure too.

Although I love the connectivity and peaceful environment, I feel there aren't enough green spaces here and sometimes it can feel congested too.

The vibe is great and there are good transportation options nearby, but if you're relying on public transports, sometimes the buses are overcrowded and it gets uncomfortable to travel during peak hours.

I am renting a small 1 RK in Dharan Singh Colony. It's quiet but also easilly accessible to imp places. the best part is that it has its own metro station, Vadapalani on Green line
