Pudur Reviews and Ratings (6 Reviews)
I like that rents here are lower than central Chennai. it's safe and peaceful
The neighbourhood has improved over the years and many good hospitals have come up. Still the road conditions are not up to par. Also poor drainage systems and constant waterlogging after rains
Pudur has good investment potential. Most tenants prefer it for affordable housing and since its close to ambattur industrial estate, the demand is steady but still there is a need for metro and more lifestyle options to attract more renters
Pudur is a very quiet neighborhood with no real buzz. there are small temples and churches nearby. Local markets are there too but no big malls
Apartments are good but very old buildings with no modern amenities. Lift also don't work properly. the streets are fine but get deserted after late evening. The street lighting is not good
I work in TCS Pudur and was looking to rent a house nearby. Finding a house here isn't difficult, as the area is developing with upcoming Metro and Rail access. Bus connectivity is already good. The locality also has essential amenities like schools, several hospitals, and theatres, close by.
