Love the mornings in Nanmangalam. Very peaceful and quiet. new colonies and apartments are coming up so that's good but the drainage is still poor and waterlogging is a constant issue

Nanmangalam is a developing area. Properties are affordable here but it needs more refinement. many biuildings are old and lack modern day amenities

The area feels spacious and open. Public parks are good to pass time and find peace. The reserve forest nearby keeps the environment calm. The transit options are limited though. You have to take auto or maybe bus which is irregular. there's no direct metro

I am renting a small 1 bhk near JJ park. there are small eateries and food outlets nearby. i especially love the arabian sandwich shop. there is also a prime hypermart. you can chill and relax here with no noise or congestion
