We visited the Seasonal World Water Park in this area and it provided a fun-filled day with thrilling slides and wave pools. I feel it's a perfect spot for family outings.

The local food streets have lots of Maharastrian delicacies which I love the most about the locality. The area is safe too and offers alll the essential amenities. Rent is expensive though.

Bhekrai Nagar is a developing locality with access to schools, hospitals, and markets. Yet, the area gets too crowded sometimes and parking issue is persistent

The area's proxmity to IT parks and business hubs make it ideal for investment. although the recent decline in property rates have been a concern for me, I believe the infrastructure developments like metro expansion can improve the convenience

Bhekrai Nagar is pretty affordable if you come to see. there are many IT parks and offices here so its basically corporate friendly. which is fine for me. But the traffic is unbearable which sometimes makes me want to move out to a quieter place. Nonethless, the convenience here is good though.

If you work in hadapsar or SP infocity, this place is convenient. That's the main reason I chose to shift here. Plus the rent isnt too bad.

The infrastructure has improved but roads are getting bad lately. Some lanes get pretty crowded during evenings.

Public transport here is okayish. Buses are regular but autos are hard to catch and they charge a lot. But rent wise, its good

If you have lived in Pune for long, you will notice how rapidly this little area has grown since last decade. The SP infocity has kept the demand intact. But dont expect any luxury properties here or even quick returns
