Commerzone IT Park Reviews and Ratings (7 Reviews)
Bought property in this area because of the IT growth. It’s been a smart investment. Demand for rentals is steady, and commercial activity keeps rising.
Living near Commerzone has been super convenient. You have cafes, groceries, banks are all within walking distance. The area feels active but not chaotic.
I moved into a flat near Commerzone mainly for work convenience. Public transport is decent with buses and cabs available. The roads are fine, but get crowded during office timings. Grocery stores and daily needs shops are easy to find nearby.
If your office is in Commerzone, staying nearby just makes sense. It’s safe, there are good residential buildings, and essentials are within reach. But if you’re looking for nightlife or parks to unwind, you’ll have to head to Koregaon Park or Kalyani Nagar.
I own a flat just behind Commerzone. It's a prime spot — close to the airport, Koregaon Park, and IT offices. Perfect for renting to working professionals. But traffic can get heavy during office timings.
As someone who lives alone and works at Commerzone, I find this area very convenient. There are basic shops around. Security in most societies is good. No big hospitals nearby in case of emergencies.
Living close to Commerzone IT Park has made my daily routine much easier. I walk to work, skip the traffic, and get more time for myself. The area is filled with young professionals, and it feels lively yet calm. However, after work hours, there’s not much to do around here.
