Living in Kate Wasti suits my budget. It’s peaceful and not too far from Hinjewadi, which helps with my IT job. However, the roads need work and there’s limited public transport. I do appreciate the calm environment and friendly neighbours, though I miss having cafes or entertainment zones nearby.

I shifted to Kate Wasti six months ago. The rent is reasonable, and I like the less polluted air and green surroundings. There are small stores nearby, but I travel to Wakad for bigger needs. Roads are a concern, especially during rains.

I invested in a plot in Kate Wasti hoping for long-term growth. The area’s proximity to IT parks is a plus. The civic infrastructure is lagging, but there’s visible improvement. Water and electricity are stable. Once commercial projects begin here, I expect the land value to rise significantly.

We bought a house in Kate Wasti because of the price and potential. It’s still developing, but we enjoy the peace and sense of community. The area lacks shopping malls and big hospitals, but local vendors deliver essentials. It’s ideal for families who want a quiet life near IT hubs.

Kate Wasti offers a quiet lifestyle at affordable rents. It’s not for someone who enjoys nightlife or cafes, but perfect if you want peace. My 1BHK flat has good ventilation. There’s occasional power cuts and the roads get muddy during monsoons, but otherwise, it’s livable

Daily commute is manageable in Kate Wasti even during busy hours. The area has enough small shops, tiffin services, and basic clinics, which makes life easier. Rent is also reasonable compared to other nearby places.

When I bought my flat here about 6 years ago, the area was still developing. Now, there is clear improvement with more shops, services, and better road connectivity.
