Baner-Balewadi side is very close to Samarth Colony, so cafes and gyms are easy to reach after work. Roads are mostly fine, but evening traffic can be annoying near the main junctions. Safety wise, it feels okay and the societies are secure.

Samarth Colony is a lively place and convenient. Some internal lanes feel cramped during peak hours. Auto availability is okay, but when it rains, it gets messy and slow. The metro is far away.

Been renting here for a year. Samarth Colony works for me because I can quickly move towards Hinjawadi side and also Aundh side. For daily needs, you do not need to go far. On weekend, you can plan a quick visit to Pashan Lake.

I invested in a flat after seeing the rental demand. The tenant profile in Samarth Colony is mainly IT and corporate folks. The area is already developed. Hospitals, schools, and shopping are all within a practical distance.

Samarth Colony has worked well for my family because everything is close enough, schools, clinics, and regular shopping. When relatives come, it’s easy to take them towards Baner Hill or Pashan side for a short outing. The neighbourhood feels decent.

समर्थ कॉलनी हे वाकडमधील एक शांत आणि सुरक्षित ठिकाण आहे. जवळच दत्ता मंदिर आणि बालेवाडी हाय स्ट्रीट आहे. परिसरात लाईफपॉईंट हॉस्पिटल (Lifepoint Hospital) आणि नामांकित शाळा (उदा. विस्डम वर्ल्ड स्कूल) असल्याने मुलांसाठी आणि ज्येष्ठ नागरिकांसाठी हे अतिशय सोयीचे ठिकाण आहे.

हा परिसर राहण्यासाठी शांत आहे आणि जवळच सूर्य हॉस्पिटल असल्याने वैद्यकीय सोय चांगली आहे. मात्र, कॉलनीतील अंतर्गत रस्ते अरुंद असून पदपथांचा अभाव आहे. संध्याकाळी फिरताना मोकाट कुत्र्यांचा वावर जास्त असल्याने भीती वाटते. सार्वजनिक वाहतुकीसाठी हायवेपर्यंत चालत जाणे वयपरत्वे थोडे कठीण जाते.

मुलांसाठी युरो स्कूल आणि पोदार इंटरनॅशनल जवळ आहेत. खरेदीसाठी दत्त मंदिर रोडवरील बाजार सोयीचा आहे. पण, या भागात पाण्याचा प्रश्न असून सोसायट्यांना टँकरवर खर्च करावा लागतो. कचरा वेचक गाड्या वेळेवर येत नाहीत, त्यामुळे कचरा व्यवस्थापनात अडथळे येतात आणि परिसरात अस्वच्छता पसरते.

हिंजवडी आयटी पार्क आणि हायवे जवळ असल्याने ही जागा गुंतवणुकीसाठी 'हॉटस्पॉट' आहे. मात्र, अनधिकृत पार्किंगमुळे रस्त्यावर मोठी कोंडी होते. महापालिकेने ड्रेनेज लाईन आणि अंतर्गत रस्त्यांचे काम तातडीने पूर्ण करणे गरजेचे आहे. सोयीसुविधा सुधारल्यास या भागातील मालमत्तेला भविष्यात अधिक चांगले व्हॅल्यूएशन मिळेल
