हा परिसर भोसरी आणि चाकण या प्रमुख औद्योगिक पट्ट्यांच्या जवळ आहे. त्यामुळे येथे नोकरी करणाऱ्यांसाठी (विशेषतः उत्पादन आणि ऑटोमोबाइल क्षेत्रातील) हे एक उत्तम ठिकाण आहे.नाशिक-पुणे महामार्गआणि देहू-आळंदी रस्ता जवळ असल्यामुळे शहराच्या इतर भागांशी (हिंजवडी, पिंपरी) दळणवळण खूप सोपे आहे. तसेच स्पाइन रोड सारख्या मोठ्या रस्त्यांचा विकास झाल्याने वाहतूक सुधारली आहे.

Tapkir Nagar isnt completely residential so you wont get that peace here. its busy and noisy most times. But there are some construction happening for new apartments which can improve the livability

Affordable and convenient for me as my office is in Moshi and commuting doesnt take much time. in terms of social life, there isnt much to do here. you can go towards bhosari or main pimpri chinchwad

The area is developing. Most projects are mid-income housing with basic amenities. Civic infrastructure is improving but drainage and road conditions are still catching up in some parts.

It’s quiet compared to central Pune. Good for families. But limited hangout spots or malls nearby. you’ll have to go to Pimpri/Chinchwad side.

Lots of construction activity goes on here so dust and noise is common. you have to get used to it. Its not well developed yet but livable for the price
