I own a commercial space here for years. It is always occupied due to steady footfall and proximity to Pune Station. Rental income is reliable, though infrastructure could improve.

For students like me, this area is a blessing. Close to colleges, eateries, PMPML stops. Rent is reasonable, and everything is within walking distance.

Last month I visited my friends in Mangalwar Peth and found it to be a decent locality. The area has old-world charm, but it’s noisy and very congested. Good for quick shopping, not ideal for peaceful hangouts.

Proximity to Pune Railway Station and bus depots makes my daily travel smoother. Markets are just a minute away. It’s an old neighborhood, but full of life.

Living here is okay. Daily needs are accessible, but the building has no lift, and noise pollution is constant. Location is the only real benefit.

Decent rental income, but the lack of redevelopment prospects is a concern. Tenants are easy to find, but value growth is slow due to outdated infrastructure.

Mangalwar Peth is actually a great place for people wanting to live close to the city and pune junction. Traffic inside the lanes can be frustrating but overall its nice area

Appreciation is slow here. But the locality is promising as its close to many commercial hubs and public transport. still, i'd say its better for commercial investment due to heavy footfall

Mangalwar Peth is a congested neighborhood. There are old buildings here and not many new modern apartments. its only famous for the chattrapati shivaji maharaj stadium.

The rent is very reasonable here. and its close to the station so that personally helps me as i travel frequently for business purpose. But the problem is the limited parking issues in many public spaces and inner colonies

Mangalwar Peth is very noisy honestly. its crowded and feels congested. there are less parks here. if you prefer a quiet neighborhood, this may feel overwhelming.
