I have been staying in Duhai for 8 months now. My flat is affordable. The new RRTS station nearby is a big plus. Commute to Delhi is much faster now. Local shops are there, but don’t expect fancy malls or big restaurants.

I bought a plot near Duhai two years ago. The locality was quiet back then, but now construction is happening everywhere. Duhai Depot gives easy train access. The property demand is likely to go up.

We moved to Duhai from Mohan Nagar to get a bigger space. Life here is quieter, and air feels fresher. Earlier, the roads were bad, but now there’s some improvement. Still waiting for better drainage and more public parks.

Rented a 2BHK in Duhai mainly because it’s peaceful and close to my office in Ghaziabad. The area is still developing. You’ll find basic needs close by, but not much nightlife or big markets.

We’ve been in Duhai for over 4 years. It’s not flashy, but it’s comfortable. People here are simple and helpful. You’ll get vegetables, milk, and other daily things easily.

Visited my nephew’s house in Duhai last month. The roads are wider now, and the place feels open. Not many big shops yet, but enough for daily use. Felt like a calm, growing area.

Duhai is a cost effective option but I do feel the public transport options aren’t as developed yet as in more central Ghaziabad areas

I can walk to shops and banks within the area and there’s a sense of a developing neighbourhood rather than being completely isolated and built out

Property rates in Duhai are still more affordable compared with Noida or some parts of Ghaziabad so the entry cost was reasonable and rental demand is picking up from nearby industrial areas. But developer risks are higher in growth zones so due diligence is a must

The area feels dusty and noisy due to nearby construction sites. Also the road connectivity is great but limited public transport is a concern. The closest metro is 9 km away

Because of the nearby industrial and commercial zones, we’ve had good tenant interest when we rent it out. But make sure your building has good power backup since some infrastructure is still catching up
