I live here in a 2 BHK rented flat, and the area's proximity to my office is a huge plus. I teach in Bhagirath Public School, and it merely takes 10-12 minutes to reach. It's a good locality, but not very safe post 8 pm.

Visited here to see a friend, and liked the vibe. The streets were wide and well-lit, but finding a parking spot was still a challenge.

I have rented a 1 BHK here, as it was economically a viable option for me. Public transport like buses are easily available, and metro is close by too. But sometimes getting stuck in a traffic ruins my schedule.

The local market here is always bustling and full of life. It's crowded sometimes, but does not feel congested. It's a nice area for families. Safety can be a concern if you're going out alone after 9 pm.

Kavi Nagar is one of the cleaner and better maintained localities in Ghaziabad. Markets, banks and schools are within walking distance which makes everyday living really convenient.

It’s a settled area so not much new construction, but quality of life is great.

Kavi Nagar feels very homely and family type. the locality is secure, well-lit and not chaotic. But finding an affordable flat is still tough due to increasing demand

The area has great livability. It is safe, green and also close to good hospitals like Yashoda.

My flat is in block E. and I like the area. it's peaceful compared to busier areas like raj nagar. It's also safer. But what could improve is parking space as some inner lanes are quite narrow
