Naya Ganj Reviews and Ratings (8 Reviews)
I visited a friend in Naya Ganj last month. The area is packed with local shops and street food stalls. It feels like old Ghaziabad, lively and affordable, though the roads are cramped and a bit chaotic.
We’ve owned a house here since 2005. Everything—schools, clinics, sabzi mandi—is within 5 minutes. It’s a solid middle-class locality, and our tenants have stayed long-term. Roads are narrow though posing parking problems at times
I’ve owned a floor here for 12 years. Good for rental income, but tough to renovate older structures due to space constraints and lack of proper drainage planning.
I’ve rented in Naya Ganj for 2 years. It’s close to Ghanta Ghar, the market, and the railway station. Rent is low, and I can walk to medical stores, banks, and street food stalls—very convenient.
I live near Naya Ganj Market. The area is affordable and central, but noisy during festival season. Power cuts happen occasionally.
It is easy to visit with nearby markets, shops, and eateries. Well-connected by road, though traffic can be busy.
This area is affordable and practical for living with schools, hospitals, and daily stores nearby. Some congestion, but convenient and suitable for families and workers.
Staying here has been tough. The area floods during heavy rains, and the drainage smell is constant. Rent is low, but I’m planning to move to a cleaner area like Kavi Nagar.
