I bought a plot in Navalur extension near Sholinganallur last year as the future development looks promising. Still waiting on better infrastructure in some pockets.

I moved to the area recently and this area is well-connected to other cities through roadways and public transport. The is that the rent is a bit high.

Patel Nagar is a great place to move to as the people here are quite friendly. It is perfect for families but sometimes there could be noise from the traffic congestion.

As I owner, I hdont have much issues finding tenants. This is becuase the area is safe and has everything close by.

I grew up in this area and over the years, I have seen a lot of changes. Though that is all good but the crime rate in the area has also increased.

Patel Nagar is a well known area and well developed as well. It is close to Ghziabad junction and has good social facilities. Apartments are well furnished. A little more expensive if you compare with nearby areas but its a convenient and safe area

The area is great for families. There are schools nearby. Hospitals and clinics are just in walking distance. One thing that I hate is the waterlogging issues in the inner lanes and the lack of street lighting

Patel Nagar has develped a lot. and has budget friendly apartments. the connectivity is also good from Grand Trunk Road and Meerut Road.

The traffic on patel marg is heavy most of the times and internal roads are also congested. Road conditions should improve. Otherwise, it is a good and practical area.

The positive thing about Patel Nagar is the connectivity via GST Road. the ghaziabad junction and Shaheed sthal metro on the red line are also just 10-15 mins away. While the rental yield is decent, there's limited number of high end apartments
