Not a bad place if you're budget conscious and want a short stay somewhere. I stayed here for a year for my internship at a nearby firm. I liked it as it was peaceful but don't expect any vibrant nightlife or anythng. It has no cafes or malls nearby so that can be disappointing during weekends.

Earlier the area was very rural but things are changing, albeit slowly. There are local markets for grocery needs. medical stores for emergencies but hospitals are far

Prices were low when I bought a plot 4 years back. There’s some appreciation due to upcoming infrastructure but rental demand is still low.

Getting groceries or medicine late at night is tough here as not many shops stay open past 9pm. I love the peaceful vibe here though

NGEF Layout feels very vibrant and secure. so many parks and food places around.

Choosing the right cross is key here. some PGs and buildings are too cramped and don't provide reliable water supply. parkibg can be congested too at times
