Having a property in Bhosari, I can say it's a great place for families and there are plenty of transportation options. But not very ideal for IT professionals as it's far from major tech parks

I love the area for its low cost of living and safe neighbourhood but the industrial pollution is one matter of concern

Bhosari is quite excluded from central attractions of Pune, so I feel although it's an affordable housing option, there aren't many recreational opportunities nearby

As a property owner, I feel the area has good social infrastructure as it's close to top schools, malls, and hospitals.

I find the locality peaceful. It's a bit separated from the city life but you can get all the necessary amenities within a few kilometers.

Due to industrial proximity, it has good potential for ROI. as it's close to major roads like Pune nashik highway, the rental yield remains promising so far

I like living here but rainy days are really bad. it leads to congestion and waterlogging even on main roads especially where drains are blocked

The area is affordable and has good flats. It's close to my office in Pimpri so my commute problem is solved. I just wish there were a few more cafes and good recreational options within the region

Bhosari is a popular area in Pune. from my experience, it is a mix of industrial and residential hub. It can be a bit noisy but rent wise it is very feasible for bachelors

There are good local eateries and I feel safe walking on the streets. But air quality is low because of factories nearby

If you're building house here, make sure to have good insulation and maybe double glazing to keep the noise out. It has a growing appeal and since it is close to pimpri, the demand is good

Bhosari is one of the those low entry investment areas. close to MIDC Pune, it has good rental yield and tenants mostly from the industrial units nearby. Resale may take time as it is more of an industrial hub than residential completely

If you want a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, this is not the area. It is noisy and also sometimes polluted. My flat is on the 3rd floor which somehow keeps the noise away. But roads are patchy and the traffic on NH kills the commute time.

भोसरी हे पुणे-नाशिक महामार्गावरील आणि PCMC हद्दीतील मोठे औद्योगिक केंद्र (MIDC) आहे, ज्यामुळे येथील रोजगार संधी उत्तम आहेत. मेट्रो आणि महामार्गामुळे कनेक्टिव्हिटी चांगली आहे. YCM हॉस्पिटल आणि अनेक शैक्षणिक संस्था जवळ आहेत. परवडणारे भाडे हे येथील मुख्य आकर्षण आहे. मात्र, औद्योगिक प्रदूषण, ध्वनी आणि वाहतूक कोंडी ही येथील प्रमुख आव्हाने आहेत.
