I have seen this city becoming crowded within the last few years. This is very good as becuase of that the rental rates have been risen a lot thanks to that.
I moved here a year ago, and I love how everything is within reach such as shopping malls, schools, hospitals – you name it.

Nigdi is well-connected area and the air pollution from nearby industries sometimes makes the environment uncomfortable, especially in the summer.
Connectivity in Nigdi is seamless via Akurdi Railway Station and PCMC Metro. Has some good schools, markets and hospitals nearby.
The suburb is appealing to families due to its range of parks such as Sant Kabir Udyan and Durga Tekdi. It has good access to hospitals and schools. Commuting is straightforward through NH65 and Akurdi-Chikhali Road.
Nigdi holds strong potential for investors. It attracts both rental demand and homebuyers. Healthcare facilities like Patil Hospital are easily accessible.
Quality schools and ample green spaces like Sant Kabir Udyan provide a child-friendly environment. Gardens and parks are there near Varthur Lake ensure sufficient greenery.
Has easy access to tech hubs. Social and recreational places and efficient transit make it a vibrant, convenient place to live.
Transport is excellent, but auto drivers overcharge. I prefer taking the metro whenever possible to avoid haggling.
