Karapakkam Reviews and Ratings (6 Reviews)
As a property owner in Karapakkam, I’ve had no trouble finding good tenants. The location’s appeal to techies really helps, though rainwater drainage still needs fixing.
Owning property in Karapakkam has been smooth. Good tenant turnover and friendly neighbors. But yeah, civic upkeep isn’t consistent.
Investing in Karapakkam felt like a safe bet. It is close to major tech hubs, and prices haven’t dropped but yes, it’s just not the most happening spot.
Visited Karapakkam a few times—pretty decent locality. It’s not too crowded, and the IT crowd gives it a modern vibe, but street lighting could be better.
Best area for IT workers as it has many IT hubs. Renting is affordable for IT professionals and students. Amenities like restaurants, schools, hospitals, parks, and shopping malls are available. Good connectivity via buses, metro, and railway across the city. Overall, perfect for IT employees and families, with less traffic and all essential amenities within reach.
I am living in this locality for over a year. It’s quiet, affordable, and super close to OMR. Just wish there were more cafes and places to chill nearby.
