It's a lovely area in Chennai but public transport option is limited. Metro is 11 kms away, which doesn't add any value. I usually take local autos which cost me less. Supermarkets and local stores are nearby, so it's a convenient area.

Visited here for viewing a property for investment, as I have heard good potential of it. Entry prices are reasonable, and there's good ROI considering the social infrastructure. The only limitation is the connectivity. Buses and auto services are frequent but lack of metro expansion can limit the options.

I have rented a 1 BHK here, and love the peaceful vibe. It's also a safe and clean locality but sometimes monsoon lead to intense waterlogging issues in my lane, so it's a hassle to navigate through during such times.

It is well connected to metro, train, and buses to commute all other areas to explore from here.

Civic issues like drainage and waste management exist but don’t significantly affect its investment potential, especially in well-maintained areas.
