Properties in Mandaveli may not be modern, but they hold value due to location. Great schools, temples, and access make it a good pick for steady growth and resale value.

My family’s lived in Mandaveli for generations. It’s got strong community vibes. Water supply is steady, and amenities are nearby. Slightly congested, but that’s part of its character.

Living in here has been easy as it has good access to buses and trains. Markets, temples, and schools are all nearby. Rents are a bit high but worth it for the convenience.

I visited here during the Margazhi season. The temples, kolams, and music make it so vibrant. Felt like I stepped into a cultural postcard. Loved every bit of the experience.

I’ve rented in multiple Chennai areas, and Mandaveli stands out for safety. Even late-night walks feel secure. Close to Adyar and Mylapore. Bit crowded during festivals, but still manageable.

Many people find it reasonable to live in because it’s quieter than busier city centres and has basic amenities close by. And it has greater property valuesx in future as well as now.

This area offers a practical, quieter residential vibe that appeals to renters and regular visitors who want calm suburban living and easy access to major parts of North Bangalore.
