This place is all about value. For what you pay, you get space, connectivity, and less chaos. Don't expect glitz, though—it's a simple lifestyle.
You can breathe here, seriously. Less pollution, more trees, and fewer honks. Great place to raise kids—just fix the garbage pickup, please!
I shifted here for work and stayed because it just felt right. Not fancy, not loud—just comfortable in a very underrated way.
Good place if you work around Tambaram or beyond. Just plan your travel during rains. Waterlogging can be unpredictable but locals deal with it well.

There are trains and bus stops nearby. roads are also good. many supermarkets and small malls are here. But i am annoyed by the ongoing construction and noise
Despite having parks and lakes, the area does not feel peaceful. the crowd is big and feels congested and noisy
The area has two big lakes and as nice as it may sound, it leads to quick flooding after rains. Also the environment feels humid

Perungalathur feels like that middle ground as it is calm and well-connected. I like the train access, but I do wish there were more hangout spots nearby.
