Been living in Kovur for almost a year now. It’s quiet and away from the usual city noise. I work in Porur, and it’s hardly a 20-minute ride by bike. The locality has grown a lot. There are plenty of small stores, medical shops, and even supermarkets nearby. Roads could use some work, especially after rains.

I bought a plot in Kovur 6 years back. Development was slow initially, but now it’s picking up. More flats are coming up, and people working in Porur and Ramapuram are looking to rent here. Still budget-friendly for middle-income buyers.

Went to see a flat for investment. Kovur looks promising. Quiet, good schools nearby, and easy to reach from Kundrathur. Shops and bakeries are all around. Some interior roads are uneven, but otherwise decent locality.

My house in Kovur is rented out to a young couple working in DLF IT Park. It’s easy to find tenants since the area is developing. Basic amenities are covered, though waste management needs improvement in some lanes.

We picked a flat here since it’s close to my husband's office in Mangadu. Rents are reasonable and the area feels safe. Streets are a bit narrow and traffic gets slow during temple festivals. But everyday living is comfortable.

We’ve lived here for several years now. It's calm and community-friendly. You’ll see lots of families and retired folks. Groceries, pharmacies, and schools are all nearby. Roads in our layout are narrow, but manageable.

If your looking for quite and calm neighbourhood with schools, hospitals and basic shopping. Kovur is best place for you which is away from the city and has basic amentities. Family friendly and away from the city this is best choice for you.

Kovur is near to Porur, is known for the historic Sundhareswarar temple. With schools, hospitals, and shops nearby also decent connectivity, it offers a peaceful, family-friendly environment. Though some infrastructure is still developing and during monsoons cause waterlogging, it remains a growing and livable suburb.

Kovur is easy to get around with good roads and regular buses nearby. The metro isn’t too far, which helps. There are malls for shopping and plenty of hospitals close if you need them. It’s a nice, friendly place for families or people working in the city.

Kovur has great road links like the Kundrathur and Poonamallee roads. The bus stop near the E.B. Office is good. The Chennai International Airport Metro Station is around 10 km away. Nearby malls and hospitals add to the convenience of living here.

Roads in Kovur are decent though traffic shows up in busy hours. Good schools and colleges are nearby, making it great for families. Public transport and shopping spots add convenience. The area feels safe and lively.

Kovur looks promising for investment. Good roads, schools, hospitals, and shopping centres draw renters. The area is growing steadily, with strong rental and price growth potential.

I live in Kovur and find it peaceful but well-connected. Roads to the main city hubs are decent, and there are good schools and hospitals nearby. Shopping malls like Nexus Vijaya Mall are convenient for daily needs.
