Living here works well if your office is nearby. It’s not posh, but functional. Good air, friendly neighbours, and less chaos than city areas. Public transport could definitely be better.

I came here for work. Simple locality, mostly workers and residents. Not much in terms of entertainment or cafés, but functional. Auto access was okay. Worth it if you want calm.

I have been renting here for over a year. Quiet neighbourhood with minimal traffic. Great if you work in the nearby industrial area. Not much nightlife, but peaceful and safe for families.

I’ve been renting here for six months. Peaceful locality, decent water supply, and fewer traffic hassles. Still developing, but a good place if you want calm away from city noise.

We built our home here a few years back. Nice community vibe and peaceful nights. Far from city chaos, but we do wish for more shopping and dining options nearby.

Thirumudivakkam is in outskirts of chennai, is full of Greenary and quite by nature. Few buses go here and people hate horn buzzing and traffic. Lucky them. Mountains everywhere and property value is less currently. It's ideal for someone planning to buy their retirement home as it is peaceful and secure.

Thirumudivakkam is mostly an industrial area. Visitors can easily reach it by main roads, and there are some small eateries, but not many places to visit or relax.

This area is affordable and quiet. It’s good for workers or families looking for budget-friendly housing. Some facilities and transport are limited, but it’s a practical place to live.
