Tirusulam Reviews and Ratings (10 Reviews)
My flat near Tirusulam hill view is great! Calm surroundings on one side, but main road gets dusty. Good for people who travel often but not ideal for families with kids.
We own a house close to the railway track. It’s noisy but manageable. Demand for rentals is steady. Location works well for frequent travelers and airport employees.
Rented a 1BHK recently and groceries and essentials are all nearby. Streets can get waterlogged during rains though. Great access to Pallavaram and GST Road makes up for it
I moved here for work at the airport. Rent is affordable, and the connectivity is top-notch. However, the area gets crowded during peak hours and isn’t very peaceful.
Tirusulam feels like a tourist place in chennai. it has so many lakes and hillside areas and mountains. I love it here as it has less noise or traffic.
Tirusulam is peaceful and still close to many imp places like the Chennai Airport, meenambakkam metro, and things like schools, hospitals and malls. Great place
It has a strong community vibe. the hills and greenery gives it a charming look. Been here for the past 6 years and I dont thing i can live in any other place. Only one thing is frustrating and that is the traffic on GST Road
Rent is good and pretty reasonable considering its so close to the airport. Local shops are available and connectivity is good too. what i dont like is the area can feel deserted at night especially near the hills.
Areas close to airports tend to hold values better. So tirusulam is actually a profitable investment. Its not ideal for luxury housing investors as it has more of a functional vibe.
Took a walk near the railway crossing after visiting a friend. Area feels alive and busy. Good street food and local shops. But traffic is chaotic near the main junction.
